Panic
attacks info needed
Is there anyone who has problems with panic attacks? I think I may be having
mild ones but not sure. I am having some tightness in my upper chest and my
heart rate will go crazy for a few minutes. I almost feel like I have ran a
race and am very thirsty when it happens. No other symptoms that I would
equate with a heart attack or anything like that. Any help would be appreciated.
