How to Tighten Your Tummy in Just Five Minutes a Day (And Even Have Fun Doing It)
By Carolyn L. Mein, D.C

Discover the easy way to exercise your
lower abdominals in just five minutes a day.

Have you ever felt like finding time to exercise is harder work than working out?

For the time-challenged, finding the right exercise program can be a long, difficult process. Between work, family and community commitments, each moment of your life seems pre-scheduled and pre-arranged. You know exercise is important to boost your energy and feel good - but scheduling an hour three times a week seems completely overwhelming.

It's not like you haven't tried to exercise. You've sweated to the oldies, kickboxed your television and scoured the "exercise" section of your local video store. But, no solution gives you the results you really wanted. A flatter tummy. Relief from lower back pain. More energy.

Sound familiar? You're not alone - and there is a solution.

There's a reason your fitness video may be a flop. Most videos exercise your upper abdominals and without also targeting your lower abdominals. If your lower abs are weak, your muscles won't have enough strength to engage your entire abdominal wall. That's why you still have a lower belly paunch after hours of sit-ups or experience constant lower back pain. As a result, you need to engage the lower abdominal muscles first.

Based on over 20 years of chiropractic and fitness research, I discovered each of the 25 body types experience different exercise challenges. Some body types, like the Thyroid and the Lung naturally have a lower tummy bulge. Other types, like the Lymph and the Gonadal, experience lower back pain. Exercise is like diet - there's no one program that works for everyone. The trick is determining what exercises benefit your body type and finding what works for you.

In response to my patients searching for a practical, effective way to target the core muscles, I developed Core Fitness, a common-sense exercise program. It's safe for all fitness levels, beneficial for all body types and even fun.

Easy-to-do Pilates-based exercises, combined with a big, colorful exercise ball, successfully targets your lower back and abs and gives you an excellent, results-oriented workout. People with lower back pain can learn how to relax their spine and tighten their upper abs. Others can tone their lower abdominals and flatten their stomach. But, most importantly, it's an enjoyable, results-oriented program for time-strapped individuals.

Best of all, you can exercise when you have the time. Have the time for a longer, targeted workout? Follow along with easy-to-do exercises specifically targeted for your body type. Need to jet out the door in 15 minutes? A short, mini-workout will target your muscles and get you out the door in plenty of time. With Core Fitness, you'll finally wake up your abdominals and walk tall again!

Exercise doesn't have to be another chore on your "to-do" list. When you efficiently target your body's core muscles, you can finally have the results you've craved in an easy, safe fashion. Now go out there and tone that tummy!

Don't know your body type? It's easy to find out. The Bodytype.com  site has body typing information and information about the 25 body types. Learn more today.
