"How can I change my email address for your newsletters?"
All you have to do is unsubscribe using your old address and then subscribe using your new address.  For subscribing instructions, click here.  For additional help, contact us to request help.  Please provide the old and the new email addresses, and all the newsletters for which you need the changes made.

"I've forgotten my username/password for the forums.  How can I get them?"
If you forget your password, you can click on the 'Forgotten Your Password' link on any page that requires you to fill in your password.  This will bring up a page where you should enter your registered email address, and your password will be automatically emailed to you immediately.

"I'd like to find a playgroup for my kids and me.  How can I do that?"
If you go to our discussion forums, you'll find a category just for playgroups.  You can find one, or submit one, via that forum.

"Why do you have pop-up ads on your site?  They're so annoying!"
Main Street Mom is run by one stay-at-home mom out of the comfort of her living room while raising her five children.  In order to pay the hosting fees for the server, contest prizes, and shipping costs, among other things, Main Street Mom must take advantage of internet advertising in order to bring in enough funds to cover these costs.  It's similar to buying a magazine subscription and having to tolerate the ads, only Main Street Mom is a FREE resource for at-home moms!
