Ways to Change the Way You Work So You Have More Time to Live |

|
I admit it; I'm a book nut. I
love the look, feel, and smell of a new book. And the first
thing that struck me about this little gem is the size and shape of
it. It's roughly six inches tall and almost six inches
wide. It fits nicely in purse or diaper bag, yet it's loaded
with great ideas for restructuring your life to get more time to do
what you want to do.
Ms. St. James wasn't a time-management
expert at first. She found herself in the position of having
created an unbalance in her life through her work in real
estate. She resolved to change the amount of time she put into
her work, by almost 50%, THEN she wrote a book about how she did it.
This book hits all the important
points; all the things that keep us from being more productive.
Each section is dedicated to something that we can revamp to keep the
edge on our time-management. Ms. St. James gives very
interesting statistics on where society is headed in terms of valuing
time and how it's changed over the past 25 years, too.
She touches on dealing with people,
dealing with money, and changing views on dealing with work.
It's easy reading, and relates to so many people today.
I highly recommend this book for you or
someone you know whose life has gone astray with too many work-related
commitments!
